La 45ª edición de Forum aglutina 43 filmes, de los cuales 31 son premieres mundiales y 10 internacionales. Entre ellos, aparecen los últimos trabajos de Guy Maddin, Dominga Sotomayor (ya auguramos que la cineasta chilena aparecería por Berlín), Joaquim Pinto, Alex Ross Perry (que este año cambia Utah por las frías tierras germanas acompañado, de nuevo, por Elizabeth Moss), Karl Markovics (ganador en Sarajevo hace tres años con la excelente Atmen), Joshua Gil (con La maldad, la imagen de cabecera), Juan Rodrigañez e Ion de Sosa, dos de los pocos representantes españoles en la la capital alemana con Der Geldkomplex y Sueñan los androides, respectivamente.
